NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF DIRECTOR'S DECISI0d On February 8,1982, Mr. Robert Backus, on behalf of the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League filed a request under 10 C.F.R. 2.206 for an order to show cause why Construction Permit Nos. CPPR-135 and CPPR-136 should not be suspended or revoked because of an alleged lack of financial qualification of the lead applicant, Public Service Company of New Hampshire. -

Effective March 31, 1982, the Commission's regulations were amended to eliminate financial qualification requirements. In light of this, I have determined not to grant the request of Mr. Backus. The reasons for this decision are set forth in a " Director's Decision under 10 C.F.R. 2.206", which is available for inspection in the Commission's Public Document Room at 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20555, and in the local public document room at the Exeter Public Library, Front Street, Exeter, New Hamp-shire 03883. A copy of the decision will also be filed with the Secretary for the Commission's review in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 2.206(c).
