NOTICE OF APPEAL The Massachusetts Attorney General hereby appeals LBP-89-17, the Memorandum and Order of the on-site Board regarding the Seabrook alert and notification system. As indicated at page 31 of the slip opinion of the Licensing Board, LBP-89-17 disposes of a discrete and major segment of the full-power operating licensing procedure. Accordingly, any party uas permitted to appeal from the decision by filing a Notice of Appeal within ten /10) days after service of the decision.
