Powers, and Canney, these individuals and the entities that they represent have not actively participated in any of the Seabrook proceedings for at least several years. Indeed, with regard to most of the icsues still pending before the ,

i various boards, these addressees have never participated, t

2. The intervenors in these proceedings have not been including Nadeau, Kensington Chairman, Powers, and Canney in their more recent service lists. Egg, gag., certificate of service accompanying Intervenors' Aeoliention for a stav of LBP-89-32 (December 1, 1989).

3. Representatives for the Town of Exeter and the City of Portsmouth-(123., the parties presently or formerly represented by addressees Power and Canney) have stated to Applicants that they do not object to being removed from the service lists.

4. Several recent mailings to addressee Nadeau have been returned as undeliverable.
