In_ accord with the requirements of 10 C.F.R. 6 2.4, notice is hereby

.given that Dr. Lawrence K. Cohen, a Coninission employee in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, has been appointed as a Commission adjudicatory employee within the meaning of 5 2.4 to advise the Coannission on issues in the above-captioned proceeding related to consideration of emergency planning requirements.

Dr. Cohen has not been engaged in the perfonnance of any investigative or litigating function in connection with the Seabrook facility or in any factually-related proceeding.

Until such time as a final decision is issued, interested persons outside the agency and agency employees performing investigation or litigating functions in the Seabrook operating license proceeding are required to observe 891010009j 091012
