Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (CYAPCO) hereby submits Revision 15 to the Haddam Neck Plant Physical Security Plan. An explanation of the change is provided as Attachment 1. The Revision is provided as Attachment 2.
The CYAPCO Plant Operations Review Committee has evaluated this revision pursuant to 10CFR50.54(p) and has determined that it does not decrease the effectivess of the Physical Security Plan.
Pursuant to 10CFR73.21(b), the Physical Security Plan is considered Safeguards Information, and as such, CYAPCO requests that the Physical Security Plan be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR2.790(a).
