3. The alleger basically contends that: -

a) there are design deficiencies in the diesel generator system at Nine Mile Point 2.

b) the architect / engineer, Stone & Webster Engineering Corp. (SWEC) Cherry Hill, NJ, has attempted to " cover up" the deficiences.

c) not all of the SWEC supervisory engineers are competent in engineering design.

6. Assigrments-followup actions:  !

I a) 01 April on and EPB personnel will participate in a meeting with the alleger 27, 1973  !

to develop a statement for the alleger's signature.

b) 01 will assign a case number.

c)

After the alleger provides a signed statement, 01 and DETP will develop a scope of work and schedule to investigate the allegations (s). This will include a definition of the role of Region IV.
