IN THE EMERGENCY DIESEL GENERATOR SYSTEM, RADIATION CONTAINMENT SYSTEM AND QUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL

REFERENCE:

(1) Allegation RI-83-A-037 (2) Inspection Report Number 50-410/83-06 (3) Anderson to Haverkamp memo dated December 2,1983 Reference 3 discusses the subject allegation, NRC actions to investigate, and the results of those investigations. All allegations encompassed in this case were unfounded.

The Division of Project and Resident Programs plans no further action on this allegation and considers this case closed.
