SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT FOR HINE MILE P0bli 1 REACTOR AND TURBINE BUILDING PRESSURE RELIEF PANEL OUTSIDE DESIGN BASIS ISSUE The staff of the Civil Engineering and Geosciences Branch has completed review of the engineering calculations submitted by the Nine Mile Point I licensee in support of its effort to resolve the reactor and turbine building pressure relief. panel design basis issue. As part of.our review, the steff also implemented a design audit at the plant site and performed a walk down of the reactor and turbine building pressure relief panels.
Our safety evaluation report is attached.
