LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852 Room 1 F 7-9 PURPOSE: To discuss Niagara Mohawk Power Company's (NMPC) evaluations and conclusions regarding core shroud integrity in view of inspection results that revealed (1) cracks in the heat affected zones of horizontal and vertical welds and (2) core shroud stabilizer anomalies that reduced the intended pre-load. The discussions will include acceptance criteria, methodology, results, corrective actions, reinspection plans,
