This issue was raised on WBN and is considered generic to SQN due to the similarity of the two plants.

The concern regarding the exposed 480V buses located at the top of the shutdown boards was determined not to be a restart issue. A walkdown by the evaluator of the 480V Class lE Shutdown Boards at the SQN plant revealed that established procedures for cable er.try in ,

480V shutdown boards were followed and, therefore, no exposed buses were identified.
