Dear Mr. Crane:
It has come to our attention that three (3) Potter & Brumfield relays l

which we sent to you may have possibly been new surplus or used surplus.
These units were provided during a period of time that Potter and Brumfield was not releasing any product at all for an extended period of i
l time.
Due to the urgent need by TVA we were finally able to obtain 3 units from another distributor and furnished these units.
We have just been informed that these units were of questionable l
nature and it is our desire to remove these questionable units from the i
supply chain and replace them with new units with definite traceability.

- It is not and has not been our intent to handle used surplus items.
