SUMMARY

SUMMARY

No additional tubes were plugged during the cycle 3 inspection, j S/G 1 All 94 row 1 tubes were plugged prior to this inspection. Sixteen (16) of the row 1 tubes (plugged during August 1986 with CE iron band plugs) were replugged during this inspection with CE nickel band plugs. The remaining 78 row 1 tubes were preventively plugged during April 1988 with CE nickel band plugs.

S/G 2 All 94 row 1 tubes were plugged prior to this inspection. Five (5) of the row 1 tubes (plugged during August 1986 with CE iron band plugs) were replugged during this inspection with CE nickel band plugs. The remaining 89 row 1 tubes were preventively plugged during April 1988 with CE nickel band plugs.

S/G 3 All 94 row 1 tubes and the row 2 column 94 tube were plugged prior to this inspection. Three of the row 1 tubes (plugged during August 1986 with iron band plugs) were replugged during this inspection with nickel band plugs.

During April 1988, four (4) tubes were plugged due to ET indication or due to helium leak testing results and the remaining 87 tubes were preventively plugged with CE nickel band plugs. Row 2 column 94 was plugged in August 1983 due to loose parts damage.

S/G 4 All 94 row 1 tubes were preventively plugged prior to this inspection (April 1968) with CE nickel band plugs.
