In accordance with your application dated June 19, 1986, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM.778 is hereby amended to remove Building A as an authorized place of use. Accordingly, Conditions 9 and 10 of Materials License No. SNM-778 are revised. l All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.

In June 1987, an NRC radiological survey of Building A verified that the contamination levels meet the NRC release criteria, and thus, Building A under l' License Nn, SNM-778 could be released for unrestricted use.

Amendment No. I to License No. SNM-778 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
