We have conducted an initial review of your application dated December 8, 1987, for construction and use of a terrporary ::torage facility for your solid waste.
We have deternined that the construction of the temporary storage facility would not significantly affect the human environment; therefore, we have no objection to your starting construction. However, prior to the introduction of the radioactive material into the temporary storage fecility, an amendment to SNM-778 must be completed.
