This is in response to your letters dated July 21 and August 27, 1986 transmitting a revised Security Plan B and revisions to it, respectively.
Reference is also made to J. P. Doran's letter of August 28, 1985 requesting a temporary modification of the Plan.
We have reviewed revised. Security Plan B and have determined that incorporating it as a condition of license will not adversely affect the common defense and security nor the public health and safety and is otherwise in the public interest. Accordingly, we are revising your License Amendment for Special Nuclear Material Safeguards by withdrawing Amendment MPP-1 and issuing a new Amendment SG-1 to your License No. SNM-778, effective immediately, as enclosed.
We have determined that the enclosures to your letters of July 21 and August 27, 1986 and Mr. J. P. Doran's letter of August 28, 1986, contain Safeguards Infonnation as specified in 10 CFR 73.21.
