In accordance with your application dated December 8,1987, and supplements dated March 30 and June 20, 1988, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Relulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM.778 is hereby amended as 6 fol lows:
- 1. To authorize the storage of dry radioactive waste in the Temporary Storage facility which is located within the fenced area as indicated in Figure 10-1 ,
of your December 8,1987 submittal.
- 2. To remove Building C, except for the exhaust fan room and stack, as an authorized place of use for licensed material. ,
Condition 9 is amended to include the dates of December 8,1987, and March 30 and June 20, 1988.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
This amendment supersedes Amendment No. 4 in its entirety and is being issued for the convenience of the Comission to clarify the status of Building C. We ,
will address the disposal of soil removed from the building in future correspondence.
Revised License No. 3NM.778 and our Safety Evaluation Report are enclosed.
