The Massachusetts' motion for reconsideration filed on August 15, 1986, at page 3 states:

Attorney General Bellotti further requests that the Board reconsider its Order of July 17, 1986 [ sic] insofar as it fails to address 110 of Attorney General Bellotti's Answer objecting to 1 C(6), the ' Emergency Preparedness' provision, of the draft low power license for Seabrook Station proposed by the NRC Staff.

The Staff is requested to respond by September 8,1986 only to 110 of Massachusetts' answer to Applicants' motion for issuance of operating license for operation not in excess of 5% rated power, which was filed on July 2, 1986.
