I ORDER We understand that another full-participation exercise with regard to the emergency response plans for the New Hampshire and Massachusetts portions of the Seabrook plume exposure pathway emergency planning zone is scheduled for ,

December 13, 1990. We will appreciate being advised by the applicants and/or the NRC staff, by memorandum to be in our 4 hands and those of the intervonors' counsel no later than November 5. 1990, of the extent, if any, to which the '

planned scope of that exercise will take account of the concerns as to the scope of the June 1988 exercise set forth in the contentions that (1) were either rejected by the Licensing Board at the threshold or decided against the intervenor-sponsor (s) in LDP-89-32, 30 NRC 375 (1989); and (2) are now before us on appeal.
