l Enclosure 1 provides o list of changes to WCAP-12980 Revision 2, "AP600 Passive Residual licat Removal 11 eat Excha'iger Test Final Report." Enclosure 2 provides WCAP-12980 Revision 3, "AP600 Passive Residual lied Removal lleat Exchanger Test Final Report." This revision incorporates NRC comments provided in Reference 1. Three copies of Enclosure 2 are provided.

The electronic copy of the test data included in WCAP-12980 Revision 2 is unchanged and is not included with this letter.

1 Encic,sure 3 provides the non-proprietary version of Enclosure 2. Three copies of Enclosure 3 are provided.
