STN 50-447 General Electric is submitting 60 copies of the proprietary portion of Amendment No. 16 pertaining to sabotage risks, which we are requesting to be withheld from public disclosure and considered as proprietary pursuant to Section 2.790 of 10CFR Part 2.

The information contained herein describes design considerations reducing sabotage risk and concerns safeguarding of reactor facilities.

It is, therefore, requested that this document be included in the review of GESSAR II and that it be held in confidence and not be released for publication or otherwise disclosed.

The nonproprietary information of Amendment No. 16 is provided under separate cover.
