Dear Ms. Curran:

In UCS v. NRC, No. 84-7833 (D.D.C.) the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) sought release of General Electric Company's (GE) Probablistic Risk Assessment (PRA), and its related documents for the GESSAR-II standardized plant design.

By a July 18, 1985, Court-approved stipulation of settlement, GE agreed to release eleven pages of information from the PRA to UCS. I understand that you have already received these pages.

In accordance with the July 18, 1985, Court-approved stipulation, we are placing the eleven pages of the PRA information in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.
