Dear Allen:
Enclosed are final versions of several documents that pertain to the ref-erenced FIN numbers.
Specifically, I have enclosed the Humphrey related TERs for each of the domestic Mark III plants (Grand Gulf, Clinton, River Bend and Perry) and for GESSAR II.
Also enclosed are the inserts that are to be uti-lized in Section 6.2.1.8 of Draft Supplement 2 to the NRC's SER's for the latter three domestic plants (Grand Gulf was completed in 1982).
These inserts were the format that Mel Fields and I had agreed would be used to pro-vide our evaluation of the plant unique LOCA related loads.
With these submittals, BNL's responsibilities relative to FIN A-3396 and to Project 2 of FIN A-3346 are completed.
