Program.

Volume 1 replaces the "originsl" notebook _ issued in May 1991 Lincluding' subsequent updates. It addresses development work on the 33% TDS recipe. Our updated February 1992 transmittal

inadvertently._ instructed the notebook holders to discard the original notebook and replace it with a new version focused on a 20%.TDS recipe. Reissuance of'the 33%-TDS recip3 notebook as

' Volume 1 provides assurance that none of the results are lost and allows us to reference data useful for supportit.g qualification of the-20%-TDS recipe.
