In response to Generic Letter No. 82-33 (Reference 1), the Authority submitted a description of our plan for the phased implementation of five emergency response capabilities (Reference 2). As the result of discussions with our NRC Project Manager, we supplemented the original schedule to include two additional committments (Reference 3). This listter further supplements the schedules submitted by References 2 and 3. Three new dates are provided and one commitment is rescheduled.

Control Room Design Review - Submittal of Program Plan In Reference 4, the Authority committed to submit a plant specific, Detailed Control Room Design,, Review Program Plan not later than October 19, 198)7 The Authority requests that this date be extended to October 26, 198f.
Regulatory Guid 1.97 Implementation Report As we described in Section 3.1.2 of Attachment II to Reference 2, one' portion of the Regulatory Guide 1.97
. program involves the preparation of a report describing how the guidance of Regulatory Guide 1.97 (Revision 2) will be implemented for the FitzPatrick plant. The report will explicitly call out any exceptions to the guide 's recommendations as well as justifying the exceptions and any alternate approaches. Included as part of this report will be a table of those variables or parameters that will be available in the control room. The report will provide all the information required by the Regulatory Guide in-an appropriate format. This report will be submitted by December 1, 1984.
Regulatory Guide 1.97 Implement Schedule A schedule for the implementation of Regulatory Guide 1.97 (Revision 2) will be submitted by December 1, 1984. This schedule will be based upon the Regulatory Guide 1.97 Implementation Report.
Technical Support Center (TSC) Completion Date The FitzPatrick plant currently has a functional TSC. !
This center was described in Section 6.1 of Attachment II to Reference 2.
To provide TSC personnel access to essential Regulator'y Guide 1.97.(Revision 2) variables, we plan to install an SPDS/ EPIC display console in the TSC.
These~ plans were described in section 6.1.8 of Attachment II to Reference 2. The addition of this equipment should bring the TSC into full compliance with the basic criteria of Supplement No. 1 to NUREG-0737 (Reference 1).
In Reference 2, we committed to provide an SPDS Implementation Plan and schedule by December 1, 1984.
Since the installation of a working SPDS/ EPIC console in the TSC is contingent upon the completion of the whole SPDS/ EPIC system, a date for the completion of the TSC will be provided as part of the SPDS Implementation Plan.
