Director, Delaware River Basin Commission, at the offices of Sugarman

& Denworth, Suite 510, 121 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsy11 vania 19107, on Tuesday, August 17, 1982, at 1:00 p.m. The disposi-tion of this witness will be taken before an officer authorized to administer oaths by the laws of Pennsylvania and whose services will be provided through Shorthand Services, Inc., Court Reporters, Phila-delphia, Pennsylvania. The examination of this witness will relate to the three contentions of Del-AWARE admitted for adjudication in this proceeding. Specifically, the witness will be asked to testify as to the flow in the Delaware River, the operations of the Point Pleasant intake and the likely effects of the pending proposed management plan of the Delaware River on flows at the intake. Information about the river flow and intake operations is needed to evaluate the effects of the intake on aquatic life and recreation in the vicinity of the in-take.
