October 4, 1985 NOTICE On October 4, 1985 a document dated September 27, 1985 and titled Air & Water Pollution Patrol Moves Board Re-Opens Record on Above Docket Based on New Pennsylvania Division of Environmental Resources Regulations Re Gross Alpha, Radium 226 and Radium 228 and addressed to this Board was received from Frank R. Romano, Chairman.
This Board issued its Fourth Partial Initial Decision on July 22, 1985 settling all issues before the Board. Accordingly, this pleading of Air & Water Pollution Patrol is forwarded to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board currently considering appeals in this matter.
