Dear Sir:
In Florida Power Corporation's (FPC) letters dated August 13, 1982 and October 14, 1982, FPC committed to submit a short-term report concerning rupplemental Emergency Core Cooling Systems calculations. The issuance of this report has been delayed due to the new LOCA kW/ft limits. These LOCA kW/ft limits are currently being calculated for Crystal River 3.
The final report by Babcock & Wilcox will not be completed before March 1, 1983. FPC will review and submit the report to the NRC on or before April 4,1983.
