Office of Executive Legal Director U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Maryland National Bank Building 7735 Old Georgetown Road Bethesda, Maryland Re: CRBRP Hearings - Docket No. 50-537

Dear Barbara and Dan:

Having received a portion of NRDC's testimony (Contentions 6; 1, 2, & 3; Dr. Carl Johnson; but not Conten-tions 4/6(b) 4)) and all of the NRC Staff's testimony, I thought it advisable to inquire concerning certain matters relating to hearing logistics.

First, I suggest that we continue our agreement on stipulating authenticity, subject of course, to any motions to strike and voir dire. I have no problems as to authenticity concerning any of your testimony so far.

Second, I would suggest that we exchange Exhtbit lists.

I presume that the Staff will offer the FES and Final FES Supple-ment. We will offer the ER, and for the convenience of the Board and parties, we will also provide separately bound copics of those ER sections which relate to our fuel cycle testimony (Contention 6/ER Section 5.7), and our site selection testimony (Contentions Sa) and 7c)/ER Sections referenced in that testimony).

Please advise if you wish to discuss the foregoing.
