Dear Barbara:
Confirming our agreement on June 9, the depositions of Applicants' witnesses will be taken as follows:
1.
On June 16, you will depose identified witnesses on contentions 1, 2, and 3 and 6 and 4.
You will finish on that day, and those individuals will be dismissed.
2.
As an accommodation to you, we will make the identified witnesses on contentions 5 and 7 available for a deposition on June 21, 1982.
3.
The identified witnesses are set forth on the attachment.
They will bring resumes.
We, of. course, reserve the right to add or subtract witnesses prior to the hearings and will amend our discovery responses accordingly.
4.
The depositions will commence at 9:00 a.m. on June 16 and June 21 at 7910 Uoodmont Avenue, Room 1111 (Westinghouse, Bethesda office).
I should also note our agreement to accommodate Dr. Cochran's request to inspect the so-called Argonne memoranda at Argonne National Laboratory on June 30, 1982.
He should contact Dr. Walter Dietrich to make specific arrangements.
