Subject:

Monthly Operating Report for January 2004 File Location: S:\RS\RA\MOR\DCLO401 5.doc FSAR Update Review zing the guidance in X13.1D2, does the FSAR Update need to be revised? Yes El No Z

  • If "Yes", submit an FSAR Update Change Request in accordance with X13.1D2 (or if this is an LAR, process in accordance with WG-9)

Commitment #1 None A0479867 identifies incorrect outage data in previous submittals due to the definition used by "GENSTATS" not matching NRC's definition of Net Generation. Although the correction for prior years has not been submitted to the NRC, starting in 1999, "negative net generation" (power used during outages) is excluded; so the data submitted matches NRC's definition. However, unless GENSTATS is corrected, submitted data will diverge from GENSTATS.

The method is described in Draft Work Guideline 8. Additional errors were introduced during I R10 and 2R1 0; reference A0521936, and A0535381.

  • InNovember 2001, a new database was created to replace GENSTATS. The new database corrected previous years' data. The new database islocated in httn://wwwnoq/businfo/Qenstats/aen detail monthlv.xls, and the daily shutdown hours are at htto://wwwnoa/businfo/aenstats/aen detail dailv 2003.xis The differences between the reported data and the databases since 1999 are:
