I 11 11I IThis caused a fuse to blow, resulting in the trio of the Rx buildine vent system- nurn I li121 istart of "B" SBGTS, and loss of control power to certain PCIS valves. Relav coil and I g l fuse replaced, Rx building vent system satisfactory tested and returned to service. LOADtMau 831.5 y,3 yo CESCRIPTION OF EVENT : Reactor building vent system tripped, standby gas treatment system train "B" auto started, and valve position indication sas lost for the following valves; 2-2001-105, 2-2001-106, 2-2001-5, 2-2001-6, 2-4720, 2-4721. Found fuse 595-718 blown.

Replaced fuse and restored ventilation to normal. No other problems were encountered.

Found relay 595-136 not working; submitted work request to replace.
