otsCRIPTIGN OF EVENT While performing DTS 1601-1, Local Leak Rate Testing of Primary Ieolation Valves, the N2 Inerting and Containment System failed to pass the local leak rate test.

It was determined that the butterfly valve A0 3-1601-21 was leaking at a rate of 4585.8 SCFH, exceeding the Tech. Spec. 4.7.1 limit of 29.38 SCFH.
