On December 31 ,2012, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed itsannual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at Oyster Creek GeneratingStation. This inspection began on January 1,2012. lssuance of this letter closes InspectionReports 0500021912012501 and 0500021912012502. Inspection activities charged to thesereports include conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technicalquestions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and resident baseline inspection. Anyobservations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence.On December 31 ,2012, the NRC staff also completed its annual inspection of the SecurityProgram at Oyster Creek Generating Station. This inspection began on January 1,2012.lssuance of this letter closes Inspection Report 05000219/2012401. Inspection activitiescharged to these reports include conducting end of cycle assessment activities, following up onSuspicious Incident Database reports, responding to technical questions from residentinspectors or licensee personnel, and, in some cases, performing traditional enforcementactivities.
