\ 9. Analysis of Occurrence:

The temperature and specific gravity for ea,ch pilot cell and bank voltage were taken February 27, 1976 through March 1, 1976 and pilot cell voltages were.taken on ?! arch 2,1976 and all were within the required range. This incident did not affect the health and safety of the public. '
