Description of Occurrence:
During th'e testing of No. 2 Diesel Generator'(K4B) at 0930 on 11/26/75, flange. The test was an oil leak developed at the oil cooler outlet being conducted in order to remove No. 1 Diesel Generator (K4A) from service for the performance of routine maintenance.

Analysis of Occurrence:
Number 2 diesel generator was inoperable from 0930 until 1430 for gasker.
' replacement. The remaiping diesel generator (No.1) was verified operabic at 0930 hours0.0108 days <br />0.258 hours <br />0.00154 weeks <br />3.53865e-4 months <br />. Since the remaining diesel generator was verified dperable, there was no hazard to the health and safety of the public.
