A visible crack of 180 degrees in socket weld on upstream side of valve RBV-6510F, which is second isolati6n valve to outer seal cavity pressure transmitter on Reactor Coolant Pump "B".

Description of Occurrence:

At approximately 0500 hours0.00579 days <br />0.139 hours <br />8.267196e-4 weeks <br />1.9025e-4 months <br /> on June 20, 1975, while at. Hot Shutdown conditions, a leak was discovered on upstream side of RBV-6510F.
Leakage was less than 0.2 gpm and was isolable by valve RBV-6510B.

1 The old valve was removed and replaced with a new valve.
