Did the mention of a 20-mile evacuation radius by Chairman Hendrie on Friday, March 30, lead to or result in the communication to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and its political subdivisions within 20 miles of TMI of a recommendation by the NRC for auch governmental units to extend their emergency response capability to a distance from the plantiof 20 miles?
a. If yes, by whom and 6on what reason was this recommendation made?
b. Has this recommendation been withdrawn? If yes, when, by whom, and for what reason 0
7. Describe fully the " current conditions" on March 30 on the basis of which Chairman Hendrie made his judgment that a 20-mile evacuation might be necessary.
