RESPONSE OF ANTI-NUCLEAR GROUP REPRESENTING YORK TO FIRST SET OF NRC STAFF INTERROCATORIES Intervenor Anti-Nuclear Group Representing York hereby provides its answers to tha NRC staff's " general interrogatories to be answered by all intervenors."

It is ANGRY's present intention to present one or more witnesses to testify on the subject of the adequacy of the emergency plans of the licensee and of surrounding governmental units. As of the present time no formal commitments have been received by ANGRY from any of the potential witnesses with whom it has been in contact. With respect to local and state plans this fact is attributable at least in part to the fact that such plans are still undergoing revision. ANGRY will supplement this answer promptly upon receipC-by it of any formal commitment from any person to testify on its behalf.
