SVA/TMIA's Motion for Leave to File Appeal Brief Out of Time Pursuant to orders of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board,SVA/TMIA was required to file an appeal brief on April 6th.1989. On April 6th.1989,the schedule of the person typing the document, precluded her from making the final changes to the document,and prevented her from having the l

computer run out the document in a timely manner for photo-copying and mailing *the document on April 6th,1989.

SVA/TMIA's attempts to notify the Board on April 6th.1989 were unsuccessful. SVA/TMIA respectfully requests leave from the Board to file one day late and hereby submits SVA/TMIA's appeal brief with this motion.
