e AMENDENT TO NOTICE OF DEPOSITION The depositions of Oran Henderson, Joseph Dougherty, and Thomas Gerusky, all officials of the Comonwealth of Pennsylvania, will all be held on March 24, 1980, beginning at 9:00 AM at the offices of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, Room B-151, Transportation and Safety Building, Harrisburg, Pa.
The deposition of Mr. Leslie Jackson will not take place as scheduled due to Mr. Jackson's indicated unwillingness to submit voluntarily to cuch deposition.
It will be rescheduled contingent upon appropriate orders from the Licensing Board.
