GPU NUCLEAR CORPORATION'S SECOND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS GPU Nuclear Corporation (GPUN) requests that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff produce the following documents. If the NRC Staff claims that any document responsive to this request is privileged or is otherwise being withheld, GPUN asks that the NRC Staff identify its title, its general subject matter, its date,.its author, the nature of the privilege or other reason for withholding the document, and the specific facts upon which the claim of privilege or withholding is based.

1. Produce all policies, procedures, memoranda and all other types of practice guide in existence on or after January 1, 1983, that in whole or part govern, address, con- <,

cern, discuss, or otherwise' relate to the confidentiality of persons interviewed (formally or in-formally) by the Office of Investi-gations (OI).
