The matter before the Commission, 13 Mr. Chairman, is SECY-89-89, entitled Effectiveness Review t
14 of Final Initial Decision.
In this paper, the Commission 15 is being asked to act on an order which would indicate
'16 whether the Licensing Board decision, granting General 17 Public utilities' application for an operating license 15 amendment that would delete prohibitions on the disposal 19 of the accident-generated water, should be made effective 20 immediately.
21 All Commissioners have approved the order which 22 finds that the Licensing Board decision should become i
23 effective immediately.
