NRC Bulletin 96-01, "CONTROL ROD INSERTION PROBLEMS", issued March 8, 1996, requested licensees take specific actions and"provide information to the NRC. In accordance with the bulletin, Florida Power and Light Company provided responses L-96-082 dated April 05, 1996, and L-96-107 dated May 01, 1996. In a letter to T. F. Plunkett from R. P. Croteau dated August 22, 1996, the staff requested additional information to support the review of NRC Bulletin 96-01 responses.
