APPROVAL OF TIME EXTENSION FOR FUNDING INSTRUMENT
Dear Mr. Tate:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has reviewed your letter dated July 15, 2018, requesting an additional 90 days to submit an updated funding instrument that guarantees funds for decommissioning. Your request is approved. Please notify us if you are unable to submit the funding instrument within the 90-day extension period.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
