FRAMATOME-RICHLAND - INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 07001257/2022003
Dear Mr. Stephens:
This letter refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection oversight activities conducted from July 1 to September 30, 2022, for the Framatome facility in Richland, WA.
During this calendar quarter, the NRC did not conduct inspection activities as originally scheduled in the NRCs calendar year 2022 inspection schedule (ADAMS Accession Number ML21179A234). All third quarter inspections were rescheduled to the fourth quarter.
Although there were no inspections conducted in the third quarter of calendar year 2022, inspectors continued to conduct supplemental reviews of licensee-submitted reports (e.g., semi-annual effluent reports, plant modification reports, and changes to the Integrated Safety Analysis Summary) and maintained bi-weekly communications with your staff to discuss the status of plant operations.
No violations of more than minor significance were identified during this period.
