Upon activation of the Emergency Plan, the ECO or his designee shall refer to Appendix A for notifications to be made.3.3~Authorit This procedure implements the Turkey Point Plant Radiological Emergency Plan and the St.Lucie Plant Radiological Emergency Plan.4.0 Precautions:

5.1 The ECO or his designee shall make all phone calls prescribed in procedure number 1101 and the Emergency Plan.5.2 The ECO or his designee shall maintain a record of all communications with offsite personnel and organizations.
