SURVEILLANC R UIRENENTS 4.8.1.1.1 Each of the above required startup transformers and their associated circuits shall be:

a. Determined OPERABLE at least once per 7 days by verifying alignments, indicated power availability, and correct'reaker
b. Demonstrated OPERABLE at least once per 18 months while shuttfng down, by transferring manually unit power supply from the auxiliary transformer to the startup transformer.
  • The properties of API Gravity, specific gravity or an absolute specific gravity; kinematic viscosity; clear and bright appearance; and flash point shall be confirmed to be within the Diesel Fuel Oil Testing Program limits, prior to the addition of the new fuel oil to the Diesel Fuel Ofl Storage Tanks.

REACTOR COO ANT SYST H 3 4.4.3 PRESSURIZER LIHITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.4.3 The pressurizer shall be OPERABLE with a water volume of less than or equal to 92X of indicated level, and at least. two groups of pressurizer heaters each having a capacity of at least 125 kW and capable of being supplied by emergency power.
