"This 4-hour non-emergency notification to the NRC is being made based

on a notification to

another government agency per 10CFR50.72(b)(2)(xi)."On 12/27/10 at 0915 EST, a Dead On Arrival (DOA) crocodile was found in the Cooling Canal

Interceptor Ditch. The carcass exhibited evidence of physical trauma

due to natural causes and

is not considered causal from plant operation or a plant vehicle. The

Conservation Commission and US Fish and Wildlife Service were notified

on 12/27/10 at 1120
