Thanks for talking to me today about the NextEra decommissioning funding plan from 2021. As discussed, below is a summary of this call, which I will enter into NRCs public document system (ADAMS), so that NextEra may reference it in any submittal.

For your reference, the NextEra submittal dated 3/30/2021 that I was referring to is available here:

https://adamswebsearch2.nrc.gov/webSearch2/main.jsp?AccessionNumber=ML21091A102 10 CFR 72.30(c) identifies 4 criteria that a licensee is required to specifically address in its updates to its ISFSI decommissioning funding plans. In NextEras 2021 submittal, these criteria were not specifically addressed for the Turkey Point (docket 72-62) and St Lucie (72-61) ISFSIs.

NextEra should supplement the 2021 submittal to address the 4 criteria in 10 CFR 72.30(c) for the Turkey Point and St. Lucie ISFSIs.
