The NRC staff has performed a review of Revision 8 of the FPL QAPD FPL-2, along with FPL letter L-2020-127 and found that the material presented provides the technical information in sufficient detail to enable the staff to complete a detailed review. The NRC agree that the changes are in accordance with 10 CFR 10 50.54(a)
(3) and are not reductions in commitment and therefore, no NRC review is required.
We look forward to the future QAPD FPL-2 revision submittals that will include a similar revision summary,
